It’s location on the Cukurbag Peninsula allows our guests to fully relax and bask in the peace and quiet of nature. You’ll spend your time just minutes from the sea, in the fresh air listening to the sounds of birdsong and feeling the soft breeze off of the Mediterranean. In addition, Villa Yunus’s location means that the views will be just as memorable as the setting. The hours seem to fly by as you gaze off at the calm, crystal clear sea and rugged hillside of Kas visible from Villa Yunus’s multiple balconies and terraces. Another highlight of the villa is the small poolside room with separate entrance, perfect for those who want to spend time with the group, but need a little personal space as well.
With a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms, Villa Yunus can accommodate up to 9 guests. The ground floor features a living area, kitchen, and small bathroom. There is a large balcony attached to the living area and a cheerful garden patio opposite the kitchen. Beneath that, near the pool, you’ll find an extra bedroom with a separate entrance outfitted with three twin beds. The second floor consists of three bedrooms and a common bathroom. One of these rooms has a double bed, balcony, and en-suite bathroom; the other two bedrooms share a delightful balcony with a garden view with a double bed in one and two twin beds in the other. There’s also a small attic room perfect for kids which contains a crib, large sofa, and two single beds.
